Enable Email Comments for your whole company from Google Workspace
How it works
Open the Add-On
Select the Email Comments add-on from the right-side panel in Gmail. If you cannot see it, click “show side panel” from the bottom right side of your Gmail window.
Select an email
Click on any email in your Gmail window to open up that email, you will now see inside the add-on side pannel a comment window that corresponds to this email with the current internal recipients included.
Private Comment Window
We automatically generate a private chat inside Gmail with those colleagues who are:
Included in the email (TO & CC) and
Inside your company (your domain)
Start Commenting
Now you can add comments on the selected email for your team to see and they can respond in the same way. Keeping all internal conversations about that email in one place. With no fears of an internal conversation accidentally being sent to an external party.
